Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel is located in Niagara Falls, New York and built to compete with Casino Niagara and Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls, Ontario. It was built on the site of the former Niagara Falls Convention and Civic Center.
The Casino floor has an area of 112,590 ft² with:

- Slot machines: 4,200
It is the largest Hotel in New York State outside of Manhattan.

A 594 room 26-story hotel tower (Phase I) with a view of the Niagara Falls skyline, was completed in December 2005. Phase II will add several more restaurants.
