I, Alexj2002, believe that this image, a screenshot of the live broadcast of the race produced by RAI Television and with copyright held by the FOM, qualifies as fair use on the English language Wikipedia article 1994 San Marino Grand Prix as it is an iconic image which is not repeatable of the fatal accident of 3-times F1 World Champion Ayrton Senna, is of a lower than broadcast resolution and does not cause the copyright holder to lose financially. No freely licenced alternative is or will be available.:(
