Sellers International Band

The Sellers International Band is a brass band from Chapel Hill in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire in the UK. It was formed in January 1986 by Phillip McCann as Huddersfield Tecol Band. It changed to the current name in November 1987.

The band has within its ranks one of the best and most respected players in the brass band movement, David Root on Eb Tenor Horn, whos playing has brought him admiration from fans and supporters all over the world, as far away as Chad in Africa. David's latest solo Cd where he is accompanied by the band features many popular Tenor Horn solos including Solo Seconda and Born Free (with standard top C split).
