You appear to have tried to get VandalProof permissions 3 times now. Please read the notes at the top of the application page that say it is very unlikely to be granted permission if you have under 250 mainspace edits. You only have 131 mainspace edits after your 3rd application to use VandalProof.

You would think that common-sense could be used here...
