Seiji Koga (古賀誠史, Koga Seiji, born August 7, 1979) is a Japanese soccer player. He is from Fukuoka, Japan. He currently plays for Avispa Fukuoka, a J. League Division 1 team. He has previously played with Okawa Middle School, Fukuoka, Japan; Higashi Fukuoka High School, Fukuoka, Japan; and Yokohama F. Marinos, Japan.
His first appearance in the J. League was with Yokohama F. Marinos against Sanfrecce Hiroshima on 28 March 1998 at Mitsuzawa Stadium in Yokohama. His first goal in the J. League was with Avispa Fukuoka against Oita Trinita on 3 March 2002 at Hakata no Mori Stadium in Fukuoka.
