Segundo Castillo

Segundo Alejandro Castillo (born May 15, 1982) is an Ecuadorian footballer who plays as a midfielder.

He has recently broken into the Ecuador national team and has been included in their squad for the 2006 FIFA World Cup.

On May 24, 2006 in a friendly game against Colombia, he made a goal for his country in the second half. They later tied 1-1 in New York.

On August 31, 2006 he signed a two year deal with Serbian side Red Star Belgrade, former European Cup champions. He has made four goals currently, as of November 17, 2006. He has impressed many over there; in fact, he has been named as one of their most valuable summer transfer this year.
