Seguin High School (Arlington, Texas)

Juan Seguin High School is a secondary school serving grades 9-12 located in Arlington, Texas and is part of the Arlington Independent School District.
Juan Seguin High School was opened in August 2002 and formally dedicated in November of that year. The school mascot is the Cougar, and their colors are Carolina Blue and Black. The school is classified as a UIL Class 4A school. Due to the school's fast growth, it is widely speculated that it will compete as a Class 5A school after the next UIL realignment in 2008.
As of 2006 the Principal is Ed Farmer. The Academic Assistant Principal is Cathy Britton, and Tamara Richmond-Caldwell, Cliff Kinder, Jacqeline McDowell-Walton and Dr. Rick Evans are Assistant Principals.

In the summer, students compete in Cheerleading, Cross Country, Football, Golf, Tennis, and Volleyball. In winter, sports include Basketball, Gymnastics, Soccer, Swimming, and Wrestling.
