Sedlčany (German: Seltschan) is a town in Central Bohemian Region, Czech Republic. It is located at around 49°40′0″N, 14°25′0″E.

Sedlčany is famous for its 'Hermelin' cheese, which is more commonly known as Brie, or Camembert. [citation needed]
