Secure Neighbor Discovery (SEND) is a protocol using Cryptographically Generated Addresses to secure the Neighbor Discovery Protocol (NDP) in IPv6. SEND is defined in RFC 3971 http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3971.txt
