Secrets & Lays is the seventeenth episode of season one of the television situation comedy Will & Grace.

On what would have been Will's anniversary with Michael, Grace arranges a trip with Jack McFarland and Karen to Karen's cabin in Vermont to take his mind off things. While there, Karen attempts to cook, Jack and Will head to the equivalent of a gay bar in the small town, and Grace angsts when she gets the chance at a date with an old flame, but worries about starting a relationship just as Will deals with his old one.
