Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit

In Mexico, the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit (Secretario de Hacienda y Crédito Público or SCHP) is a member of the federal executive cabinet. The secretary is appointed by the President of the Republic. The current Secretary of Finance is Agustín Carstens Carstens.
This position is analogous to the Finance ministers of other nations.
