SECR C Class

The South Eastern and Chatham Railway (SECR) C Class is a class of 0-6-0 steam locomotive.

109 were built between 1900 and 1908 to a design by Harry Wainwright. In 1917 685 was converted into a S Class 0-6-0ST. 107 entered service with British Railways in 1948. Many lasted until the Kent Coast electrification in 1959-1960.
