Sebekkha

Sebekkha (name that translates to crocodile) is a martial art, created in around 3000BC, along the Nile River. It is the oldest martial art in the history of mankind. It emphasizes balance in the use of legs, arms, speed, power, agility, defenses, and attacks. It includes throws, holds, the use of traditional weapons and requires much waist power in its movements. The Pankration arts of Greece were created based on the Sebekkha.
