Sebastián "El Loco" Abreu (born 17 October 1976) is an Uruguayan football striker.

He played for several clubs, including Nacional (Uruguay), San Lorenzo de Almagro (Argentina), Cruz Azul, UAG Tecos, Club América, Dorados de Sinaloa (Mexico) and Deportivo La Coruña (Spain).

He currently plays for Monterrey (Mexico).

He has played for the Uruguay national football team and was a participant at the 2002 FIFA World Cup.
