[edit] Dune Buggy
[edit] Plot synopsis
In this episode, one of Drake's friends, Trevor, gives him a dune buggy, which Drake and Josh spend their time fixing up. Later on, Josh throws a pillow at Drake, which hits a glass of soda on top of the television set. The soda causes the TV circuits to break. Drake tells Josh to lie about it. However, when Audrey questions him about it later on, Josh confesses what happened to the TV and is grounded for lying about it.
Drake and Josh fix the dune buggy, but their parents won't let them take it to drive it at that time. Instead, they offer to let the boys drive it when they go on vacation at the lake if they wear helmets, bubble wrap, and have parental supervision. Drake tries to persuade Josh to ride the dune buggy without permission, but Josh is afraid of getting caught. Ultimately, Drake and Trevor decide to take the dune buggy out, but they only drive a short distance before crashing into a tree.
The accident sends Drake to the hospital. He spends much of the episode trying to walk without letting Josh or his parents know what happened. Later, Josh answers the phone to find out that Drake left his wallet in the emergency room, and that is when Josh notices the wrecked dune buggy. He then persuades Walter to teach him wrestling moves to use on Drake, although he knows that Drake is injured.
Finally, Drake admits to his family that he took out the dune buggy without their permission and got into an accident. Josh is giddy that Drake finally gets grounded, but Drake doesn't learn his lesson; Josh brings him pizza and he spends his days in bed resting and playing guitar.
[edit] Notes
- Drake has to carry Megan upstairs, even though later on we find out that she hates being carried. She was asleep though, so she wouldn't have known.
[edit] Trivia
- During the scene where Drake and Josh are in the living room, you can hear the sound coming off the TV, which is a "Tony Pajamas" skit on The Amanda Show that featured Drake Bell and Josh Peck.
- The song that Drake and Josh heard in the dune buggy was "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous", by Good Charlotte.

She also videotapes Josh in the bathtub, in which he sings, "Shaving in the bathtub." When Drake presents his music video to the class, Megan's video appears. After seeing Susan put the moves on Josh, Drake finally believes that his brother was telling the truth about Susan all along. They later tell Megan that they are not happy about what she did to their project, but in the end they said thanks because it helped them that Josh was telling the truth about Susan, although they never mention Susan to Megan.

Two Idiots and a Baby was the fourth episode of the hit Nickelodeon comedy Drake & Josh. It first aired on February 8, 2004.
[edit] Plot synopsis
Walter Nichols is up for a promotion at work, so he and Audrey are going to dinner with his boss, Mr. Galloway, and his wife. Josh volunteers Drake and himself to babysit the Galloways' baby, but Drake is angry that Josh said Drake would help him babysit when Josh knew that Drake's band had a gig that night. Drake agrees to help Josh with the baby until it is time for him to go play with his band.
In the beginning of the episode, Josh is seen to be making a catapult. Megan releases it and leaves the kitchen drapes that they used for a diaper since the actual diapers were ruined, making it look like the baby had flung itself out the window. Unable to get ahold of Drake, Josh leaves a message on his cell phone saying he needs help with the baby. He frantically climbes onto the roof, only to find that the baby is not there. He then accidentally knocks the ladder out from under his feet and is stuck hanging from the gutter. Meanwhile, Drake leaves his gig right before his band is going to perform to come back and help Josh. Given that he knew Megan a lot better than Josh did, he knew instantly where the baby was.
When the parents and the Galloways come back from dinner, they find Josh still hanging from the gutters. He jumps off, flattening Mr. Galloway, and tries fruitlessly to cover. Much to Josh's relief, when they go inside they find Drake and Megan with the baby. The parents never find out that Drake had left, and the boys are praised for their babysitting work.

[edit] Plot synopsis
The episode begins with the parents of Drake and Josh leaving, and Josh's grandmother (Randee Heller) coming to visit. Though Josh loves "Grammy", as she is called, Drake does not. He would rather go to a concert that he and his friends have been looking forward to than stay with her. Grammy forbids Drake from going to the concert, as his parents did not give him permission. Drake and Grammy argue, and then decide to settle it in a game of basketball, which Drake wins.
Next, Drake's friends sneak in with tickets, and sneak Drake out to the concert. At the concert, it is discovered that the tickets are photocopied, and Drake and friends get brought to jail. Grammy bails him out, and says that they should play another game of basketball. If Drake wins, nobody will tell what Drake did, but if Grammy wins, Drake will tell what he did. At the game of basketball, Drake and Grammy take turns get points, until they get 4 points as a tie.
When Drake and Grammy gets four points each, Grammy shoots a basket, and she wins the game of basketball. When Drake and Josh's parents came home, Drake is going to tell the whole story until Grammy interrupts and tells them that he lost the game instead. In the end, Drake likes Josh's grandmother.
