Sean Cuill was an Irish singer, writer, and poet.

Cuill was born in West Cork (Cuil Aodha/Coolea), Ireland, 1882, died 1958. His collection of local songs 'Musgraithe Filiochta/poetry' of the Barony of Muskerry was awarded the Oireachtas (Festival of Irish writing) in 1901. Moved to Dublin as a civil servant and started an Irish speaking estate in Drumcondra.
