Scott Stantis (born 1958) is an is an American cartoonist. He currently draws editorial cartoons for The Birmingham News and USA Today. They are also syndicated to newspapers via Copley News Service. He usually espouses a conservative and/or pro-Republican stance in his cartoons.

In addition to his editorial cartoons, Stantis has also created the following comic-strips: Sydney (1985-1986; through United Media), The Buckets (1991-present; originally through Tribune Media Services, later through United Media) and Prickly City (2004-present; through Universal Press Syndicate). In addition to those three strips, he has also assisted Bob Thaves on his comic-strip King Baloo.
