From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Scott Sinclair (born March 26, 1989 in Bath, Somerset) is an English footballer who is on the books of English Premier League team Chelsea F.C. A striker, he made his first team debut for Bristol Rovers at the age of 15, and moved to Chelsea in Summer 2005. In November 2005 Chelsea were ordered to pay Bristol Rovers initial compensation of £200,000, and up to an extra £750,000 may become due depending on how successful he is at his new club. Chelsea will also have to pay Bristol Rovers 15% of any profit they make if they sell him.

It is thought Sinclair has a very bright career ahead of him, along with Theo Walcott, who is 10 days older than Sinclair.

Sinclair has played for England Under 17s.

For the season 05/06 as of the 17th April Sinclair has made 21 appearances for the Chelsea youth team and has scored 15 goals. For the reserve team, Scott has started seven games, come on in 7 and scored three goals
