Scott Kosar

Scott Kosar is a screenwriter whose first script was for the 2003 remake of the classic horror film The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. He followed this with The Machinist in 2004, and he also penned a remake of The Amityville Horror in 2005. The Machinist received mostly positive reviews from film critics, while both Chainsaw and Amityville were largely dismissed. Kosar is currently scripting a remake of George A. Romero's 1973 film The Crazies.
