Scott Kelman (born May 7, 1981 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is an Canadian ice hockey player who plays for the Carolina Hurricanes organization.

So far in his hockey career, Kelman was proven to be a flop. As a former first round draft pick, he has spent most of his career bouncing around minor league teams and failing to play a single NHL game.
