Scott Foley

Scott Kellerman Foley (born July 15, 1972) is an American actor. He is known for roles on Felicity, A.U.S.A., and in Scream 3 (for which he was nominated for a Teen Choice Award for Film - Choice Sleazebag). As of 2006, he plays the role of Bob Brown, the sharp-shooting covert Ranger operative of The Unit.

Foley was born in Kansas City, Kansas. His mother died when he was 15, and he has two younger brothers. Foley married actress Jennifer Garner , whom he met when she guest starred on Felicity, on October 19, 2000, but they divorced on March 30, 2004. In 2006, he became engaged to actress Marika Dominczyk.

Foley has had recurring guest appearances on Scrubs, playing Elliot Reid's boyfriend, Sean, and as high school jock Cliff on Dawson's Creek. Beyond acting, he has tried his hand at both directing and producing. He's directed one episode of Felicity, entitled "The Graduate," and was also the producer for his sitcom, A.U.S.A..
He got the role of loyal and compassionate Noel on Felicity because they could not find anyone else to play the character. Inititally, he had auditioned to play Ben.
