Scott Cutler is a USA born musician and music producer. He is also a prolific songwriter, writing for a large number of popular music artists. He has been a member of the Los Angeles bands Ednaswap and Annetenna with songwriting partner Anne Preven.

He has written songs such as "Torn" sung by Natalie Imbruglia, and "Listen", sung by Beyoncé in the 2006 film Dreamgirls.
