But what did this guy really do to deserve some hardcore monuments, a few poems and a few books. Now the bugger has monuments placed on the face of sctoland until the last day.

I think he got more than what he deserved, im just a paky living on leith walk but i have my say... this dude really did get much more than what he deserved.

You see this man had owned a printing press (machines that print multiple articles in huge quantities) so naturally he would have the ability to distribute his work to such an extent that has given him the recognition he has today...

My personal view is that sir walter scott deserves the above monuments not on his work but his savy business sense on distribution.

Thats what its all about distribution, dreamland baby!
