System Capital Management or SCM (Ukrainian: Систем Кепітал Менеджмент) is a Ukrainian company that belongs to local tycoon Rinat Akhmetov and controls his stakes in companies in the country and around the world. Particularly, SCM controls large steel and mining (both iron ore and coal) companies in Eastern Ukraine.

According to an article in Invest-Gazeta on 13/01/04 entitled "A house that is becoming crowded", it is suggested that of the Donetsk Finiancial-Industrial Groups (FIGS) that System Capital Management (reportedly controlled by Akhmetov) has effectively become the dominant Donetsk FIG by early 2004, is expanding within the region and is expanding both within Ukraine and internationally.
