Christine Noelle Belle is the band director of Central Junior High School in Euless, Texas in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District. Under her direction, the school band has received numerous distinctions, including ranking first in the state in the BBB Category in 2004.

Ms. Belle went to high school at Samuel Clemens High School in Schertz, Texas, graduating in 1992. There, she played the clarinet and received private instruction from Larry Mentzer of the San Antonio Symphony. Followign high school, Ms. Belle graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelors degree in music education with honors. While there, she studied clarinet with Dr. John Scott.
While working on her degree she was a student teacher at Bedford Juinor High with Steve Madsen and at L.D. Bell High School with Joe Grzybowski, both in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District. In 1998, Ms. Belle received her BME and returned to the HEB ISD, again working with Steve Madsen as Assistant Band Director at Bedford Juinor High for three years. Afterwards she joined Central Junior High as Head Band Director, working with Assistant Band Director, Richard Stephens. In her time at Central, the band's membership has increased nearly 70 percent.

- 2004: Ranked first in the state in the BBB Category by the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA).
- 2004: Named Best in Class and Outstanding Overall Band at the DC Festival Lonestar Showcase of Music and Peak Music Festival Murchison Competition.
- 2003: Central Juinor High Band is ranked third in the state by the TMEA
- 2003: Named Best in Class at the American Classics Band Competition at the Meyerson Symphony Center
