Schuylerville Stakes

The Schuylerville Stakes is a race for thoroughbred horses open to two-year-old fillies. In its 89th renewal in 2007, it's set at a distance of six furlongs on the dirt track at Saratoga Race Course. A Grade III event. it offers a purse of $100,000.
In 2005, the Schuylerville was downgraded from a Grade II to a Grade III. La Prevoyante won this race in 1972 and Cicada in 1961.
