Scholastic Canada Ltd. is a book publishing and distribution company founded in 1957 and currently located in Markham, Ontario. A wholly owned subsidiary of Scholastic Inc. of New York City, the company publishes children's books and educational materials.

Scholastic is the publisher of the Dear Canada series of books.
