Scholarship America Showdown

The Scholarship America Showdown was a regular golf tournament on the Nationwide Tour. It was played in 2004, 2005, and 2006 at various golf courses in

Minnesota, USA.

The title sponsor was Scholarship America, which is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) charity that is the largest provider of scholarships for postsecondary education in the country. The 2006 tournament was Scholarship America's final year as the tournament sponsor. No new sponsor has yet been announced for the 2007 tournament.

The 2006 purse was $550,000, with $99,000 going to the winner.
