Schlesisches Tor is an Berlin U-Bahn station located on the U1.
It is located in eastern Kreuzberg, on the western bank of the river Spree. It lies in the heart of the bohème quarter commonly known as SO 36 (after a former postal code). The station is named after one of the southern gates of the city, the road that runs through it leads to Silesia.
