Schermerhorn (52°36′N 4°53′E) is a town in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Schermer, and lies about 9 km south of Heerhugowaard.

In 2001, the town of Schermerhorn had 874 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.17 km2, and contained 360 residences.[1] The statistical area "Schermerhorn", which also can include the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 1120.[2]
