Sayas-Lastra

Sayas Lastra Arnis is a specific style of the Filipino martial art arnis developed by Dalmacio O. Sayas. This style of arnis was especially developed during the Philippine-American War at the turn of the century. Dalmacio Sayas passed on the Sayas-Lastra style to Jorge Lastra, who in turn passed it to Eddie S. Lastra.
