Sayakhat Airlines (aka Sayakhat Air Company) is an airline based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It operates cargo and passenger charter flights. Its main base is Almaty Airport (ALA).

The airline was established in 1989 and started operations in 1991. It was founded by Vladimir Kouropatenko and was then the first private airline company in Kazakhstan.
