Saxon Interregnum
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Saxon Interregnum was an interregnum after the rule of Keredic, as recounted by Geoffrey of Monmouth, during which no British King was crowned. Three unnamed tyrants as well as other pretenders fought in Cornwall and Wales for control of the British people. These civil wars caused a great decline of the Britons in their fight against the Anglo-Saxons.
