Savoy Affair

Created by Joe Gilmore, the Head Barman of the American Bar at the Savoy Hotel in London.

[edit] Ingredients

  • 1/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/4 oz Fraise de Bois Liqueur
  • 1/4 Passion Fruit Juice
  • 1/4 oz Peach Brandy

[edit] Procedure

Shake well then strain into a champagne cocktail glass and fill with Champagne and decorate with a strawberry.
