Save Me is a song by rock band Remy Zero. Taken from their album The Golden Hum, it reached #27 on the United States Billboard Modern Rock Charts, and acts as the theme song for the television show Smallville.

The song has a soaring anthemic chorus making it a natural choice for the superhero themed show[1]. Lyrics from the clip used as the theme: "Somebody save me/Let your warm hands break right through . . . c'mon I've been waiting for you" echo the issues presented in many Smallville episodes[2].

The song was featured as the opening song on the Smallville compilation CD: Smallville: The Talon Mix (2003). The Season 1 finale, titled "Tempest", features Remy Zero appearing at a high school dance and performing "Save Me".[3]
