Sauconite

Sauconite is a mineral, a complex silicate of zinc and sodium, formula Na_0.3Zn₃(SiAl)₄O₁₀(OH)₂4H₂O.. It is found in vugs and seams in zinc and copper deposits. Named for the Saucon Valley, France where it was originally discovered. It also occurs in Pennsylvania.
