Sauconite

Sauconite is a mineral, a complex silicate of zinc and sodium, formula Na0.3Zn3(SiAl)4O10(OH)24H2O.. It is found in vugs and seams in zinc and copper deposits. Named for the Saucon Valley, France where it was originally discovered. It also occurs in Pennsylvania.
