Satwa is an area within the city of Dubai. It is located in the Bur Dubai side of the city (west of the Dubai Creek). Originally, its residents were mainly of the Bloushi tribe; however, its population now consists of people from all over the world.

Satwa has many restaurants and shops selling a variety of goods, both legitimate and copies. The Al Bad'a neighbor hoods off Satwa Road house many Emirates ship's pilots and their cohorts. Satwa park is adjacent to the bus station and offers an area of low cost relaxation on the weekends, when many laborers lay in the grass with drinks.
