Sardar Mumtaz Ali Bhutto was the founding member of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), former federal minister Governer and Chief Minister of Sindh, Sardar Mumtaz Ali Bhutto enjoys the reputation of a good administrator is also the cousin of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.
