Sarrat, Ilocos Norte

Sarrat is a 4th class municipality in the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 22,886 people in 4,881 households. Sarrat is the birthplace of former President Ferdinand E. Marcos.
