Sarpy County Sheriff's Department

The Sarpy County Sheriff's Department is responsible for enforcing the law in Sarpy County, Nebraska. The current Sheriff is Jeff Davis.

Sarpy County is divided into 9 Patrol Districts, covering a total of 236 square miles. The city limits of Bellevue, Papillion and La Vista are not regularly patrolled by the Sarpy County Sheriff's Office. Each of those cities have their own Police Departments. The cities of Gretna and Springfield contract with the Sheriff's Office for Patrol coverage. Deputies are responsible for activities and calls within these patrol districts.
