In some campaign settings for the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game, Sardior (sar-dee-or) is the dragon deity of Gem Dragons and Psionics.
As the Master of the Gem Dragons, he does not require much from his followers, nor does he try to guide their decisions. The gem dragons look upon him as the ideal and strive to be more like him.
Sardior appears as a long sinewy dragon covered with deep ruby red scales with a playful expression. He is also known to be a great conversationalist with a quick wit.
Saridor's realm is a huge floating castle, which orbits the world in the Prime Material Plane and stays forever in the shadows from the sun. On the nights it can be seen, viewers mistake it for a small red moon.
[edit] Clergy and Temples
Saridor's clergy is few, and his temples fewer. Most gem dragons keep a ruby on a pedastal as a shrine to him.
