Location of Sardigliano in Italy

Sardigliano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 100 km southeast of Turin and about 30 km southeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 438 and an area of 12.6 km2.[1]

The municipality of Sardigliano contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Malvino, Cuquello, Bavantore, Bavantorino, and Sant'Antonio.

Sardigliano borders the following municipalities: Borghetto di Borbera, Cassano Spinola, Castellania, Garbagna, Gavazzana, Sant'Agata Fossili, and Stazzano.
