Born, July 4th, 1973, Sarah is a college student from San Francisco, CA. Her hobby is skydiving.

Sarah is the sister of Jacky Bryant, and an avid practitioner of Jeet Kune Do. Sometime in her dealings with J6 corporation, she lost her memory. She enters the 3rd tournament to find and defeat her brother.

After regaining her memory and returning home to a normal life, Sarah still had lingering doubts. Although her brainwashing had been incomplete, her desire to defeat Jacky had been overwhelming. Before long she received a call from her brother informing her that he planned to enter the Fourth Tournament. Hoping to regain her former life back completely, Sarah entered the tournament as well, determined to defeat her brother and put the past behind her.
Little did she know of J6's intentions were that to take Sarah Bryant and transform her into a new, complete, form of Dural.

- Jeet Kune Do can be considered one's own personal style, not strictly the original art taught by Bruce Lee. It can also be cited as a description for a melding of other's styles. Sarah's moveset seems to be a melding of light-boxing, Muay Thai, and acrobatic and gymnastic maneuvers. She also has some wrestling moves and throws, similar to Wolf Hawkfield's in some respects.
- In the anime, Sarah and Jacky are described as being the children of rich parents.
- Sarah has also been compared to Tekken's Nina Williams
