Sara Nathan

Sara Catherine Nathan (born 1956) is a British former broadcaster who now sits on the boards of a number of public bodies.
She is board member of OFCOM, on the Regulatory Decision Committee of the Financial Services Authority, a Commissioner for the Marshall Scholarships, and is a member of the ICSTIS committee (which regulates premium rate telephony). She also chairs The Animal Procedures Committee, a body that advises the British Home Secretary on matters related to animal experimentation in the UK.
She was a member of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority and of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Bar Council. Previously she was editor of the morning programme on the BBC's Radio 5 Live and is a former Editor of Channel 4 News.
She has been a lay member of the Judicial Appointments Commission since January 2006.
She is married to Malcolm Singer and they have two children.
