SAO Western Slavonia (Serbian: SAO Zapadna Slavonija/САО Западна Славонија) or Serbian Autonomous Oblast of Western Slavonia was an Serbian autonomous region (oblast) in Croatia. It was formed in 1991 and was subsequently included into Republic of Serbian Krajina.
