Santo Domingo (or Sto. Domingo) is a 4th class municipality in the province of Nueva Ecija, Philippines. It is bordered by the municipalities of Talavera and Quezon. Its mayor is Jimmy Domingo. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 45,934 people in 9,532 households.
