Santo Domingo (originally named Lib-og) is a 4th class municipality in the province of Albay, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 27,392 people in 5,390 households. The town is the birthplace of Potenciano Gregorio, a musician who composed Sarung Banggi, the best-known song in the Bikol language.
