Santahamina

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Santahamina (Sandhamn in Swedish) is an island and city-district of Eastern Helsinki. At present it is a military base used in training conscripts, making access restricted. At some stage in the future, however, the base will be relocated and the island re-developed as a new suburb of Helsinki.
