Santa Anna is a name referring to different meanings:
- In Spanish (where it is also commonly spelled as "Santa Ana") and in Italian, "Santa Anna" is the name of Saint Anne, the mother of the Virgin Mary.
- Antonio López de Santa Anna (1794-1876), a Mexican soldier, dictator, general and president who took part in the Texas Revolution as well as governed Mexico intermittently during the early to mid 1800's.

High School from Barcelona, Spain. It was founded in 1955 by Montserrat Bofill and the actual head of the school is Montserrat Colom. Santa Anna high school is situated on the central neighbourhood of 'La Eixample Dreta'. This school has been one of the seven firsts to start a catalan line opposited to the Franco era which finished in 1975. Actually is one of the highest academic level schools from this comptal city of Barcelona.
