Sanne Nijhof (born a Libra in 1987, from Den Ham, Overijssel) was named the winning contestant of Cycle 1 of Holland's Next Top Model after making it to the finals with Sylvia Geertsen. Her prize was a €50,000 modeling contract with Max Models, a cover for Glamour magazine, and she represents Holland, during the Ford Models Supermodel of the World competition.

Before she was contestant, of the first cycle of Holland's Next Top Model, Nijhof was at a high-level of horse riding, but she suffered at the disease of infectious mononucleosis, so she had to stop.

Throughout the competition in Holland's Next Top Model, she did have a bad start, she didn't had that bubbly personality, that a model should have, she was quiet in the group, but it started to help her in photo shoots, she grew and grew, and she made it to final 3, the 2 other girls were very potential, but Nijhof won at the end.
